About Us
Our
Mission
"To support communities in creating brighter, better and more sustainable futures for all their citizens"
Our
History
Work For Love started in Masiphumelele, Cape Town, empowering families through education, skills, and community-led programs for adults to retrain. Setup by Nicola Cox we didn't want to see her passion end when she moved away therefore in 2025, we joined forces with Action Change to continue our amazing work and also to take our proven programs further and to other communities across South Africa and Africa, helping more people build skills, livelihoods, and lasting change. Our partner, Bhongolethu Foundation, stays focused on tackling global challenges through education, while we scale what works to reach even more communities. We believe in the power of local action to drive global change. By supporting our local communities, we’re not only improving our immediate environment, but also contributing to the solution of global issues. Every step counts towards a better, more sustainable world. All our programs are aligned with the United Nations SDGs and our projects are focused on becoming long-term sustainable projects that tackle global issues on a local scale.Let’s work together for a brighter future!
